You receive a portable summary of your request. You may share it with ServiceTrust-connected businesses or other contractors.
Contractors independently inspect as needed, finalize technical scope, quote the work, agree on terms and perform the job.
Your brief captures the information that helps contractors understand what you have in mind.
It's yours to keep. Share the same brief with one contractor or several, whether or not they participate in ServiceTrust.
The brief supports communication. It does not replace a contractor's inspection, technical evaluation, or estimate.

No. A contractor who may perform the job independently determines feasibility, scope, price and contract terms.
No. You may use the project brief with other service providers.
Pricing and whether a visit fee applies will be explained before you commit. The pilot fee structure has not been finalized.
The current service is project documentation and introductions, not construction management or technical inspection. Any expanded engagement would require a separate agreement.
